KB Wiebe
Born and raised in University Park, TX, KB is a Dallas girl at heart. She graduated from Highland Park High School and earned her degree in Corporate Communications from Baylor University before jumping straight into real estate in 2021.
With a background shaped by generations of real estate developers, KB brings a strong understanding of quality construction, thoughtful design, and long-term value to every transaction. Her main focus has been on luxury homes and condos throughout Dallas and the Park Cities. She is known as a hard worker who is personable, approachable, and genuinely invested in her clients. After four years in the industry, KB earned her broker license, allowing her to serve clients at an even higher level.
Outside of real estate, KB's greatest joys are being a wife to AJ and a mom to two little ones. She loves making a house feel like home and getting to help others do the same.

AJ Wiebe
Born and raised in the small town of Branson, Missouri, AJ learned early on the value of community, hard work, and investing in people. After graduating from Branson High School, he attended College of the Ozarks, where he began a career in coaching basketball that would span ten years, take him to four different states, and shape the way he approaches life and business.
Coaching instilled in AJ a passion for encouraging others, building trust, and helping people grow—values that now guide his work in real estate. He views real estate through a people-first lens, taking the time to truly get to know his clients and helping them invest in what matters most.
Outside of work, AJ loves having fun, making memories, and laughing along the way. Much of that comes from growing up at a summer camp, where he spent 26 summers learning the importance of joy, connection, and staying young at heart.
